Dr. David Lorenz M.Sc. FRICS	David Lorenz is the principal and founder of Dr. Lorenz Property Advisors. He holds a degree in real estate economics from the University of Applied Sciences in Stuttgart, a Master of Science in Construction Management from the Nottingham Trent University and the Waterford Institute of Technology, and has a doctorate in economics from the University of Karlsruhe. David has over ten years of experience in valuation, estates management and property development and is actively engaged in research and education at the → Chair of Sustainable Management of Housing and Real Estate at the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology. He is a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) and an Associate Member of the Appraisal Institute. David is also a member of the International Initiative for a Sustainable Built Environment (iiSBE), of the Urban Land Institute (ULI), and of the International Real Estate Federation (FIABCI). In addition, David is a spokesperson of the RICS.
Dr. Stefan Trück	Stefan Trück is an expert in statistics, econometric modelling, finance and risk management. He holds a degree in Business Engineering (University of Karlsruhe) and has a doctorate in economics from the University of Karlsruhe. Stefan brings the technical sophistication necessary to effectively mine and explore the substantial information sources available in the property industry. He is actively engaged in research and education and currently holds a position as Associate Professor with the → Department of Economics at the Macquire University, Australia. He is a member of the German Finance Association, the Econometric Society, the International Association for Energy Economics, and of the European Working Group of Financial Modelling.
Dipl. Bw. Werner Lorenz	Werner Lorenz (David's father) has over 30 years of experience in the property business. He studied economics at the University of Applied Sciences in Pforzheim and law at the University of Heidelberg. Werner is engaged in property investment, transaction consulting, property development, estates management and agency. He brings the critical combination of industry experience, market knowledge and economic and legal skills required for successful property investment and ownership.
